We rebuilt the website from the ground up with a laser focus on the user journey, particularly optimizing the critical app installation pathway. By implementing intelligent device detection, we created a frictionless download experience that directs users to the appropriate app store automatically. For desktop visitors, we incorporated QR codes that bridge the gap between browsing and mobile activation.

Understanding that vehicle selection is a key decision point, we developed interactive wireframe models that allow users to visualize van capacity with common cargo items. EVie's recently launched A2B service allows users to book mini two-person vehicles for short trips, which can be picked up and dropped off at multiple locations on the island. We wanted a fun way to showcase this unusual vehicle, so we created an interactive 3D model that allows users to see the vehicle from different angles, and explore the features.

A major component of our redesign was properly introducing EVie's Business Suite, which offers innovative services for companies:

  • Green Fleet Management: Centralized access to over 50 vehicles with specialized business rates, simplified administration, and comprehensive CO2 reporting
  • Credit Mobility Platform: Distribution of EVie credits as employee benefits, departmental sustainability tracking, and gamification features to encourage green transport adoption
  • Sustainability Reporting: Generation of exportable CO2 savings reports for compliance and ESG initiatives

The website launch was strategically coordinated with EVie's island-wide marketing campaign, creating a cohesive brand experience that maximized visibility and adoption.

The site was built using Next.js for optimal loading speeds and thoroughly tested with Google Lighthouse, achieving scores above 90/100 across key metrics. This technical foundation ensures excellent SEO performance and a smooth user experience regardless of connection quality.
